    A chocolate and bath lover''s delight, this is a rich and luxurious way to nourish and refresh the skin and spirit. One cup is enough for a regular sized bath, but I sometimes like to use more.

    1/4 cup baking soda
    1/4 cup finely powdered oats
    1/2 cup chocolate milk powder
    2 drops rose geranium essential oil
    1 drop ylang ylang essential oil

    Blending Procedure:

    1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to mix. Add the essential oils, one drop at a time, stirring well after each addition.

    2. To use, add the milk bath to a freshly drawn warm bath. Soak and relax for as long as you like. Rinse well, then bathe as usual. Enjoy!
