    Super-Hydrating Moisture Mask

    This is a great mask to make after sun exposure. A real must-have for the summer months!

    Yield: 1 application
    Prep Time: 10-15 minutes

    Ingredients:
    1/2 apple (I used Golden Delicious)
    2 tablespoons aloe vera gel
    1 tablespoon honey
    2 tablespoons oats

    Blending Procedure:

    1. Remove the core and seeds from the apple section. Pulverize the apple flesh in a small food processor or blender until it is really mushy and juicy. Pour into a bowl.

    2. Add the rest of the ingrediets and mix well.

    3. To use, wash your face and pat dry. Scoop up a small amount of the mixture and smear on your face. Keep putting on the mask until almost all of your facial and neck skin is covered. Make sure that it is thickly applied. Let the mask sit on your face for 10 minutes as you relax. Rinse face with warm water and pat dry. Enjoy!
