    1 teaspoon honey
    3 teaspoons plain yogurt
    !/2 teaspoon finely chopped lavender
    1/2 teaspoon finely chopped chamomile

    Blending Procedure:

    1. Warm the honey until very runny. You can use a microwave, but be careful to only use it for about 20 seconds or the honey will burn. In the alternative, set the honey in the hot sun for a few minutes to soften and make runny.

    2. In a small bowl, mix the honey and yogurt. Stir well to combine. This mixture will be creamy and smooth.

    3. To use, remove all makeup. Apply to damp facial and neck skin and massage gently. You can allow the mixture to remain on the skin for a few minutes before rinsing off. Pat skin dry. Follow with your toner and regular moisturizer.

    4. This has a short shelf life due to the fresh yogurt. It will keep in the fridge for a few days.
