    Molasses Honey Hair Help
submitted by HBN Founder & President Donna Maria

Technically speaking, hair is dead, but using this blend of natural ingredients on a regular basis can help it look alive and vibrant. The panthenol penetrates the hair shaft to help reinforce it and make it healthy and strong. The molasse and other ingredients hydrate and soften the hair. You can double this recipe for longer hair and half it for shorter hair.

Yield: 1 application for medium length, textured, wavy hair

    Blending Procedure:

    1. Measure water and warm it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add the egg yolk and stir well to mix. Add the panthenol and stir well to disperse the white powder. Set aside.

    2. Combine all other ingredients in a heat proof cup (I use Pyrex). Place the cup in a pan of boiling water and stir the ingredients until the shea butter melts. Remove from heat and stir well.

    3. Add the water/egg/panthenol mixture and stir vigorously using a strong whisk or hand held blender.
