    Blending Procedure:

    1. Chop up cucumber and place in a blender or small food processor with the milk and coconut oil. Blend until relatively smooth.

    2. Place in a plastic container and use in the shower by rubbing the mixture on your body. Enjoy your smooth, tropical scented skin!

    3. Be careful to use a mat to steady yourself because the oil makes this mixture oily and you could slip. You could use the mixture seated on a shower chair or even the shower floor.

    4. When finished, bathe as usual using your favorite soap. You'll find that your skin is lightly scented with the fragrance of coconuts and it will be soft and smooth -- no lotion needed!

    5. This mixture can be stored in the coldest part of the refrigerator for about 1 week. Otherwise, it must be used immediately due to the fresh cucumber and milk. You can cut it in half (or 1/3) if you don't think you'll use it all at one time.
